About Me

I got into personal training when I was 19, and over the years, my passion for movement has only grown stronger. About 11 years ago, I discovered CrossFit, and through that journey, I saw firsthand how many people struggle with limitations and injuries, not because of the training itself, but because their bodies weren’t moving the way they needed them to.

My mission is simple: to empower you to build consistent habits that support lasting well-being, so you can live a life free from pain, both inside and outside the gym. For me, it’s about more than just fitness; it’s about making movement and health simple, effective, and sustainable.

What sets my approach apart? I don’t guess, I assess. Every program is personalized, based on how your body moves and what it needs to overcome your unique challenges.

I’m committed to helping family-oriented individuals aged 30 to 80 find transformative change. Together, we’ll build healthy habits, create a positive relationship with food, and enhance your overall well-being. My goal is for you to feel happy, secure, and grounded, because your progress matters deeply to me.

A few fun facts: I never finish my plate (gotta keep a little mystery), it’s been 6 years since I moved to the US, I’ve been a trainer for 16 years. I wear contacts because I’m basically blind without them, and I’m pretty clumsy, you wouldn’t believe the things I trip over!

I’m here to guide you, listen closely, and make sure your journey is not just about workouts, but about creating a healthier, happier life.
